TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ATLENICS.COM (LEGALLY COMPLIANT IN DENMARK & EU)

We do our best not only to satisfy our customers but also to exceed expectations. By shopping at www.atlenics.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are written in accordance with Danish and EU law.

DISCOUNT EXCLUSIONS
All promotions exclude sale items unless otherwise stated.

SALE AND PURCHASE
A purchase agreement is entered once we have accepted your order. A confirmation email will be sent after order approval. Orders cannot be changed after confirmation. Please ensure your email address is correct during checkout.

PRICES
All prices are in DKK/EUR and include Danish VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown during checkout. Prices apply to online purchases only and are subject to availability.

Please note there may be slight variations in product color compared to what is shown online. If you are uncertain, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payments are securely processed via SSL encryption. Payment is withdrawn once the order is shipped.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership passes to you once full payment is received. The risk of damage or loss passes upon delivery.

DELIVERY
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery:

  • EU: 2–3 business days

  • Outside EU: 8–10 business days

We ship via courier services with Track & Trace. Delivery times are estimates, and customs delays may occur. If a delivery fails due to incorrect customer input, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

We do not ship to Israel, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.

ACCEPTANCE
Products must be inspected upon receipt. If defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days. Otherwise, you are considered to have accepted the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWEL
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your product. Notify us by email at info@atlenics.com. You then have 45 days to return the item.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. A deduction may be applied if the product has been tested beyond what’s necessary to evaluate it.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a return is made within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in resalable condition with tags and packaging intact. If your order included free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

FAULTY ITEMS
You are entitled to a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your item is faulty, incorrect or damaged, we offer repair, replacement or refund. Notify us within a reasonable timeframe.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased on Atlenics.com are valid for 3 years and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CURRENCY AND TAXES
All transactions are made in DKK/EUR. Currency conversions are approximate. VAT and duties may apply depending on your country. These will be shown at checkout for applicable countries.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes are subject to Danish jurisdiction.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including design, images, and software, is owned by Atlenics ApS or our licensors. You may not use or copy materials without written consent.

DATA PRIVACY AND COOKIES
We only collect personal data necessary to fulfill your order and improve our services. This includes your name, email, address, and payment information. Your data is handled securely and is not shared with third parties except for order processing (e.g. shipping and payment providers).
